Hyrje

AlbZone TV Free është një aplikacion falas që ju lejon të shikoni televizione publike kombëtare dhe lokale shqiptare, si dhe radio, direkt nga rrjetet e tyre transmetuese. Ne e marrim privatësinë tuaj seriozisht; ky dokument shpjegon çfarë të dhënash mblidhen kur përdorni aplikacionin, dhe pse.

Të dhënat që mblidhen

• Identifikues pajisjeje (Device ID): Krijohet lokalisht në pajisjen tuaj në herën e parë që hapet aplikacioni. Përdoret për të dalluar instalimet (p.sh. për të aktivizuar kode promocionale), por nuk lidhet me identitetin tuaj personal.
• Modeli i pajisjes dhe versioni i Android: Përdoren vetëm për diagnostikë teknike, p.sh. për të riparuar problemet që ndodhin vetëm në modele të caktuara. Përfshijnë: prodhuesin, modelin, versionin e Android, gjuhën, brezi orar, dhe llojin e lidhjes (Wi-Fi / cellular). Asnjë prej tyre nuk ju identifikon personalisht.
• Adresa IP dhe vendndodhja e përafërt: Adresa juaj IP regjistrohet nga shërbimet tona në Cloudflare në momentin kur pajisja komunikon me serverët tanë; nga IP nxjerrim vendndodhjen e përafërt (shteti, qyteti) dhe rrjetin (ASN). Këto të dhëna ruhen të lidhura me identifikuesin e pajisjes për qëllime sigurie, kontrolli i abuzimeve, statistika anonime dhe diagnostikim teknik. Nuk mbledhim vendndodhje të saktë GPS.
• Identifikues reklamash (Advertising ID): Lexohet nga ofruesi ynë i reklamave LevelPlay (IronSource) për të shfaqur reklama jo-të personalizuara. Mund ta rivendosni ose ta çaktivizoni në çdo kohë nga Cilësimet e Android → Privatësia → Reklamat.
• Aktiviteti brenda aplikacionit (statistika përdorimi): Regjistrojmë ngjarje teknike anonime brenda aplikacionit — hapjen e aplikacionit, kanalin e hapur dhe kohën e shikimit, kategoritë e zgjedhura, butonat e shtypur, dhe gabimet e riprodhimit. Këto të dhëna ruhen të lidhura vetëm me identifikuesin e pajisjes (jo me emrin tuaj), për të kuptuar cilat kanale janë më të popullarizuara dhe për të riparuar problemet teknike. Nuk regjistrojmë përmbajtjen që dëgjoni/shikoni jashtë informacionit "cili kanal u hap, kur, sa kohë".

Çfarë NUK mbledhim

• Asnjë emër, email, numër telefoni, kontakt, foto apo skedar nga pajisja juaj.
• Asnjë vendndodhje GPS apo informacion gjeolokacioni i saktë.
• Asnjë regjistrim audio, video apo i mikrofonit.
• Asnjë histori shfletimi jashtë aplikacionit.

Ndarja me palë të treta

Të vetmet palë të treta me të cilat ndahen të dhëna janë:

• LevelPlay / IronSource (Unity Technologies) — ofruesi i reklamave. Lexon identifikuesin e reklamave (AD_ID) dhe informacion bazë të pajisjes për të shfaqur reklama. Politika e tyre: is.com/legal/privacy-policy.
• Cloudflare — host për API-në dhe ndërfaqen e aplikacionit. Cloudflare mund të regjistrojë adresën IP për arsye sigurie (anti-DDoS). Politika: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
• Transmetuesit publik dhe lokal shqiptarë kur ju shihni një kanal, lidhja shkon direkt te serveri i transmetuesit përkatës (p.sh. RTSH). Ne nuk ndërhyjmë në atë lidhje.

AlbZone TV nuk shet asnjëherë të dhëna personale.

Të drejtat tuaja

Pasi nuk mbajmë llogari përdoruesi dhe identifikuesi i pajisjes krijohet vetëm lokalisht, mund të fshini të gjitha të dhënat e aplikacionit në çdo moment nga: Cilësimet e Android → Aplikacionet → AlbZone TV Free → Magazina → Pastro të dhënat.

Përdoruesit nën 13 vjeç

AlbZone TV nuk është menduar për fëmijë nën 13 vjeç dhe nuk mbledh me dijeni të dhëna prej tyre.

Çdo ndryshim i rëndësishëm do të publikohet në këtë faqe. Data e përditësimit në krye të faqes pasqyron versionin aktual.

Privacy Policy

Introduction

AlbZone TV Free is a free application that lets you watch Albanian national public and local television stations and radio, streamed directly from each broadcaster's network. We take your privacy seriously; this document explains what data is collected when you use the app, and why.

Data we collect

• Device ID: Generated locally on your device the first time the app is opened. Used to distinguish installs (e.g. to activate promotional codes); not linked to your real identity.
• Device model and Android version: Used only for technical diagnostics, e.g. to fix issues that occur only on specific models. Includes: manufacturer, model, Android version, locale, timezone, and network type (Wi-Fi / cellular). None of these identify you personally.
• IP address and approximate location: Your IP address is logged by our Cloudflare-backed services when your device contacts our servers; we derive coarse approximate location (country, city) and the network (ASN) from it. These are stored against the device identifier for security, abuse prevention, aggregate analytics, and technical diagnostics. We do not collect precise GPS location.
• Advertising ID: Read by our ads provider LevelPlay (IronSource) to show non-personalized ads. You can reset or opt-out anytime via Android Settings → Privacy → Ads.
• In-app activity (usage analytics): We log anonymous technical events within the app — app opens, channels opened and how long they were watched, category switches, button taps, and playback errors. These are stored only against the device identifier (not your name) so we can understand which channels are most popular and fix technical issues. We do not record what you watch beyond "which channel id was opened, when, and for how long".

What we do NOT collect

• No name, email, phone number, contacts, photos, or any file from your device.
• No GPS or precise geolocation data.
• No audio, video, or microphone recording.
• No browsing history outside the app.

Sharing with third parties

The only third parties data is shared with are:

• LevelPlay / IronSource (Unity Technologies) — our ads provider. Reads the advertising ID (AD_ID) and basic device info to serve ads. Their policy: is.com/legal/privacy-policy.
• Cloudflare — hosts our API and app UI. Cloudflare may log IP addresses for security purposes (anti-DDoS). Policy: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
• Albanian public and local broadcasters — when you open a channel, the stream connection goes directly to that broadcaster's server (e.g. RTSH). We do not intermediate that connection.

AlbZone TV never sells personal data.

Your rights

Because we don't maintain user accounts and the device identifier is generated locally, you can delete all app data at any time from: Android Settings → Apps → AlbZone TV Free → Storage → Clear data.

Children under 13

AlbZone TV is not intended for children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.

Material changes will be published on this page. The update date at the top reflects the current version.
